  1. Do my blinds come with any warranty?
    Yes! Every product offered by Peachtree Blinds of Atlanta comes with a lifetime warranty directly from the manufacturer. Peachtree is proud to service what it sells and will gladly handle any and all warranty matters with the manufacturer (including shipping and handling expenses) for as long as you own the product!
     
  2. How long does it take to set up an appointment?
    Generally, Peachtree Blinds of Atlanta can have a knowledgeable sales consultant out to your home or office within a day from the time you contact us!
     
  3. How much do you charge for in-home measuring and consulting?
    Nothing! Peachtree Blinds of Atlanta is happy to come into your home or office to measure, show samples, and advise – at absolutely no cost or obligation to you!
     
  4. What is your installation policy?
    As long as you are in the Metro Atlanta area and purchase at least 3 blinds, shades or shutters – we will have our professionally trained staff install them for you – for free!
     
  5. Once I order, how long does it take to get my product?
    Not long. Every product offered by Peachtree Blinds of Atlanta is custom made from scratch to fit your windows; even so, delivery and installation should only take 7 to 14 days (plantation shutters only 3 to 5 weeks!)
     
  6. What are your terms of payment?
    Peachtree Blinds of Atlanta requires a 50% deposit at time of ordering and the remaining balance after installation. Methods of payment include: Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Buying a new home?  Ask about a mortgage wrap for your new custom window treatments!
